RIDS Activity for Classes V & VI
Taste Fusion (Fireless Food) Students are divided into groups within the class and introduced to the concept of the activity. Each group is tasked with creating a cuisine dish of any partnered country without the use of fire.
Introduction
Taste Fusion activity was organized for classes 5 & 6 on 05/10/24 to raise awareness about different cuisine.
The event aimed to inspire creative thinking among students.
Participation
80 students from classes 5 & 6 enthusiastically participated.
Each student puts their artistic spin on dish, crafting a presentation that highlights the essence and cultural significance of the food.
Execution
Students were given 1 hour to present their dishes with flair and creativity.
A wide range of food items and cuisines are brought by students, showcasing their culinary diversity.
A panel of teachers evaluates the dishes and provides constructive feedcakto the students.
Outcome
The Taste Fusion Activity successfully enhanced students understanding of diverse cuisines and culinary creativity.
The activity fostered teamwork, presentation skills and creative thinking among participants.
The event encouraged students to explore new flavours and dishes of Nepal and Malaysia.
Conclusion
This activity successfully fostered a deeper appreciation for diverse cuisines.
